- Sit in silence 1.5 hrs
- Sing Hinos Novos

Usage of the concentration in the line of Padrinho Sebastiao ?
It started out as the same work, but they would sing oracao every day at 6pm and then start the work after. Eventually the two were merged together.
Then the 1.5 hour was split into two 1 hour sections with a section of hymns in the middle.
Then it was Alfredo in the 1990s who added in the opening of the work.
